If you are looking to change your card details for your automatic renewal you will need to contact our Customer Service team at least 5 days before your policy is due to renew.

You can call them on 0330 400 1511. Please note, if your card details have changed you will need to make a manual payment which will be charged on the day you contact us. However, your policy will still renew on the scheduled date.
