How do I make a non-emergency claim?

Making a claim online is the quickest and easiest way to process your claim.

If your policy was purchased on our Co-op website or through our Call Centre:

  • Your claims handler is Gallagher Bassett
  • You can make a claim via www.submitaclaim.co.uk/CO
  • Alternatively, you can call Gallagher Bassett to request a claims form on 01702 427 229
  • Gallagher Bassett are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (excluding Bank holidays)

For queries on existing claims, contact Gallagher Bassett on 01702 427 229.

 

If your policy was purchased through MoneySuperMarket:

  • Your claims handler is Gallagher Bassett.
  • You can make a claim via www.submit-claim.com/co-op1
  • Alternatively, you can call Gallagher Bassett to submit your claim or to request an update on an existing claim on 0800 011 3721
  • For updated to an existing claim, please have your claim reference number to hand before calling.
  • Gallagher Bassett are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (excluding Bank holidays)
